Good night………… is it a blessing by others .Nights are meant for rest ,in this world where stress is too high a good night begin at different time for different person .For a fun loving person at metro night begin after a party where he can drink to forget his stress of a long tiring day .
A study by Philips electronic India in December 2009 found out that sleep disorders affect an estimated 93 per cent of the Indian population .We need a good sleep to keep us going ,because that is when our batteries get recharged .our brain uses the time when we are sleeping to store data that is relevant .its like a hard drive of our mind.
To ensure a good night’s sleep some of the tricks are like
1 taking a shower before going to bed ,
2 reading a book before sleeping
3 praying or meditating ….and so on.
