In search of .......Happiness.

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” – Mahatma Gandhi
Matthieu Ricard, molecular biologist turned Buddhist monk, has managed to combine centuries of Buddhist wisdom with modern scientific research to conclude that, "Happiness is not a mere pleasurable feeling, a fleeting emotion, or a mood, but an optimal state of being. It is a way of interpreting the world. While it may be difficult to change the world, it is always possible to change the way we look at it."                                                                                                           You be happy with what you have. Because God is preparing a golden world for you-may be in the secret chamber provided to you in the darkness or light. Accept that you have as God`s proposal. You smile and do your work. Smile require no price. Its free of cost. This free energy can enlighten the whole world.

Can money bring happiness?. If you are obsessed for money, then "Yes.", money can bring happiness to you along with it. Being desperate for money can only bring relief along with it. The answer lies within you. No point in searching an answer beyond you. Let spiritual teachers tell "Money doesn`t bring happiness", let someone tell the other way. The answer lies in your own state and emotions, and varies from man to man. Just ask yourself "Does money bring happiness?."          It is in fact obsession and desperation for money makes one unhappy .
Remember the last time when you felt an immense sense of wellbeing, lightness in your body and spirit. The energy of that life force might have made you shine at work, deeply connect with people, unleash creativity at work, smile at the raging traffic, hum a tune while you waited for the janm to clear, and return home to envelope your family in a cosy blanket of love and caring. And suppose you could learn to cultivate that happiness skill for each day of your life! No, it isn't impossible if you focus on it.There's no surefire way to do it - so you will just have to work on what suits you best. You have to be ready to commit yourself to discover a reservoir of joy within yourself.
For someone happiness can be cooking for her  husband or parents or saying something that makes someone else smile. Happiness is creating a story that will make people feel every range of emotion and make them sigh at the end of it. Happiness is watching a kid blowing bubbles for no other reason than they’re bubbles. That’s just plain awesomeSo, pay it forward today folks. Do something nice for someone else just because. Don’t expect anything in return.
