On a run

Friends, yesterday i tuned to FM and heard a song "Bhaag DK Bose Dk bose bhaag" it is not vulgar and neither does it make sense. But the so called ....will make noise and attract attention which will popularize the song and the movie.Way back in 1993 the movie Khalnayak started this trend and offbeat movies like Satya etc carried it.

We never tried to find out from where these movie makers pick these obscene words ,it is from the society ,the society in which we live .Film is one of the strongest media in the world now a days. Of course, the youth addict to the films. The film makers too are really great that they are feeding their thoughts in the film to get attracted by the Youth. But, few of them think they are trying to correct the youth from adolescent thoughts but actually they are stimulating them to know more about that.

In our culture nothing should be so open and all should be to nurture our culture rather destroying.
In this world for all the positive thing there equivalent negative things. Films are example for this say. Of course, it corrupts the youth even they have control up to some extent. I request the Film makers to make films to motivate the youths to nurture this culture and the human feelings.
take the example of movie "DHOOM" in which so many tricks are there to stole anything, which is not good for our society and also we can take the example of movie "3 IDIOTS" where so many things are there to learn, which is good for our society.

People can justify the making of such cheap thing as Knife can be used for cutting apple or for mashing any one head. Its the person who is using. Same is applies here it is the family who have to decide what to watch and what not to for them and there kids !

Life

Life is about trusting your feelings and taking chances, losing and finding happiness, appreciating the memories, learning from the past, and realizing people change also life means giving and admiring .
The people who were grown up with the so called silver spoon are also leading there life with compromise .Every individual think ,dream and want to be the most successful in all walks of life and for that everyone work hard ,but few are lucky enough to taste success even gallileos and newtons were said to be unsuccessful throughout there life.

The essence of these lines are that we should think and act with the right combination of our brain , heart and muscle .The expectancy of dicision making and acting whole heartedly is said to be the key to success .Discipline also is an intigrel part of life ,if we want discipline in life we have to focus and work hard .They say a pinch of spirituality is also needed .
For many who are frustrated and unhappy with life There are certain things they overlook on a daily basis that can help them to live a better life .

The zest is if we try and lead life for others comfort and happiness we ourself will be contended and thus our life will be fruitful and happy.

The Farm Economy

If life gives you an opportunity to help a farmer, then do not shy away, coz he is the one who brings food to our table.India can become a global power if we were to have 44% of our nation engaged in agriculture with the rest split in manufacturing and services sector respectively. The challenge is not only to wean 10% off the agriculture successfully and absorb them in manufacturing/services sector within the rural sector, but also to ensure that the remaining 44% of Indian agriculturist are able to produce more food grains and other natural products.

India had been a self sufficient nation for centuries where the village was a self sustaining entity with its own cultural identity. God blessed us with fertile lands and intellecutally capable people till the 17th century. Then came the colonial rule of India, a dark part of our history. The rule of British on India was unfortunate in a lot of ways like  the systematic destruction of grass root village economy brought the Indian village economy to bankruptcy.

50 years and more of freedom, we've had some achievements like that of the green revolution courtesy scientists like M.S. Swaminathan, however, we still have 54% of Indian citizens engaged in agriculture contributing only 29% to the GDP of India. We need more scientific innovation and growth in low cost agricultural technologies that would contribute to the self sustenance and competitive edge of Indian agriculturists. It is important to note that we're talking abour more than half of the country that is engaged in agriculture( 54% ) with a majority of farmers having small land holdings making large scale farming techniques irrelevant to most Indian farmers.

Kabir

Six hundred years ago Kabir was born in India in 1398 AD. He lived for 120 years and is said to have relinquished his body in 1518. This period is also said to be the beginning of Bhakti Movement in India.

A weaver by profession, Kabir ranks among the world's greatest poets. Back home in India, he is perhaps the most quoted author. The Holy Guru Granth Sahib contains over 500 verses by Kabir. The Sikh community in particular and others who follow the Holy Granth, hold Kabir in the same reverence as the other ten Gurus.

Kabir openly criticized all sects and gave a new direction to the Indian philosophy. This is due to his straight forward approach that has a universal appeal. It is for this reason that Kabir is held in high esteem all over the world. To call Kabir a universal Guru is not an over exaggeration. the simplicity of Kabir's poetry

The hall mark of Kabir's poetry is that he conveys in his two line poems (Doha), what others may not be able to do in many pages.Another beauty of Kabir's poetry is that he picks up situations that surround our daily lives. Thus, even today, Kabir's poetry is relevant and helpful in guiding and regulating our lives, in both social and spiritual context.

Looking at the grinding stones,
Kabir laments
In the duel of wheels,
Nothing stays intact.

The both sides.

They breathe fresh air which promotes their health. They also get pure ghee and milk. There is no hustle and bustle and no worry as in the modern life. The villagers, therefore, are happy and healthy. They lead a simple life and their desires are few. They are satisfied with what they have and never dream of those luxuries and comforts that modern science has provided us with in such ample measure.

The villagers are socially knit together. Their life is co-operate and interdependent. They depend on each other for the supply of their daily wants. They share in the joys and sorrow of each other. They help each other in time of need. Their social sense is so strong that the guest of one is considered as the guest of all. In a town or city, one does not care to know even one's neighbour. But each villages is familiar with the family history of other villagers. In the evening they assemble in the village "Chopal" with there 'hukkas' and chatting and talking goes on till late the night. This is their simple recreation.
On the contrary....
In Shahabad and Kishanganj panchayat samitis of Baran district, declared as sahariya region by the State Government. Sahariya's live in infrastructurally weak and remote areas not connected through road/bridge network. Other local communities like MaaliKirads and mostly Bhil tribals. The communities love to stay in mud house and they have lack of exposure to modern life. Their primitive habits have lead to historic exploitation by local landlords. Superficial support extended through govt subsidyto them has, in most cases been wasted in booze rather than strengthening their agricultural resources or productivity

Tradition, caste rigidities and religion are usually cited as obstacles to development. It's quite clear that the villagers are extremely conservative; but it's less clear that these are direct obstacles. The villagers seem aware that caste rigidities do more harm than good and that these must be set aside if they are to improve their lives.
Education and literacy are often assumed to be answers to rural under-development. Certainly, the young seem ready to accept the implications of education and seek work outside the village.

Legendry leader who dreamed to lead us to 21st Century

http://static.guim.co.uk/Guardian/world/gallery/2007/may/09/india/HU056298-5036.jpg
http://www.nutquote.com/thumb/5509-Rajiv_Gandhi.jpgRajiv Gandhi would have been 66 years old  had he lived. He was only 46 years old when he was targeted by a human bomber and killed in the most gruesome manner in Sriperumbudur in Tamil Nadu at a meeting venue, which was not there on his original schedule.
But destiny had other things in store and India’s youngest Prime minister(he was only 40 when he became the PM) died with an unfinished agenda.
The man who brought India on the global cyber map and for whom the dream was to take his country to the 21-st century left much before he could complete his mission. On top of it he had to suffer the humiliation of being accused in the Bofors bribery case. The High Court finally exonerated him some years ago. His widow Sonia Gandhi and son, Rahul who are determined to complete the pending work, are now carrying on his legacy.

son of Indira Gandhi, was the seventh Prime Minister of India from his mother’s death on October 31, 1984 until his resignation on December 2, 1989 following general election defeat. Rajiv was chosen as prime minister by the party leadership within hours of his mother’s assassination. He served as the Prime Minister of India from 1984 to 1989.
Rajiv Gandhi was the one of the dynamic indian prime minster.http://photogallery.indiatimes.com/news/india/remembering-rajiv-gandhi/Remembering-Rajiv-Gandhi/photo/4561473/Remembering-Rajiv-Gandhi.jpg
“I too have a dream. I dream of an India – strong, Independent, self reliant and in the front rank of the nations of the world in the service of mankind.”

Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi India’s late Prime Minister
said these words once and did everything he could in his short tenure to live up to them.
Rajiv Gandhi entered politics only after the death of his brother, Sanjay Gandhi, in 1980. Rajiv Gandhi had not shown much interest in politics till then. He attended college at Cambridge, England; married an Italian, Sonia Gandhi; and worked as a pilot for the Indian Airlines.
Rajiv Gandhi won his first parliamentary elections to the Lok Sabha in 1981. At that time, Indira Gandhi was re-elected as the Prime Minister and Rajiv Gandhi became her unofficial political advisor. But in 1984, Indira Gandhi's bodyguards assassinated her and Rajiv Gandhi took over as the head of the Congress party and was sworn in as the Prime Minister.
His government encouraged foreign investment, and industry boomed with the loosening of business controls. He sought to increase Indian investments in modern technology. He removed many restrictions on imports and encouraged foreign investment. His critics claim that he was indecisive as he changed his cabinet members frequently. He fired his mother's aides and instead appointed his friends and technocrats. In 1987, he committed the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) to Sri Lanka in an endeavor to help the government there eradicate militants agitating for a separate Tamil homeland. Though one of the campaign promises of the Congress party was to eliminate corruption in politics, Rajiv Gandhi's tenure as Prime Minister was marred by allegations of corruption. He was accused of receiving "kick-backs" from a Swedish company manufacturing Bofors machine-guns.
In elections in November 1989 Gandhi won his seat, but the Congress Party lost its majority and he resigned as prime minister. He and his party's implications in corruption scandals decreased their credibility as a strong party.
Rajiv GandhiRajiv Gandhi began to campaign again in 1991. It was while he was campaigning in Tamil Nadu in south India that a Tamil sucide bomber took his life. They said that it was revenge for intervening in Sri Lanka's politics.
In 1998, 26 members of a separatist guerrilla group known as the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam were convicted of Gandhi's murder and sentenced to death.
And in 1999, Rajiv Gandhi was posthumously charged with participating in a kickback scheme in a Bofors arms deal.

Today in academic circles it is often wondered as to who really was the architect of modern India, Jawaharlal Nehru who was India’s first Prime Minister and who gave this nation an industrial backbone or Rajiv Gandhi his grandson, who foresaw the satellite revolution, the coming of the information age and the importance of IT much before his contemporaries – and showed the countries’ Industry how to stand and face competition. The wonders India has worked today in the IT sector would not have been possible without him. His modernization of the economy, his vision of the future and his innovations are hailed today by all and sundry.
Rajiv brought to India a new light and created a new road for the country to follow.

The Nuisance Neighbour

The noisy, contentious and often childish public debate in India and Pakistan, after the United States caught Osama bin Laden, further proves how oblivious strategic analysts on both sides of the border are of the fundamental importance that economics has for a country’s dynamics. However successfully Pakistani spokesmen may brazen it out, and however frustrated Indians may be over their inability to stop Pakistan from exporting terrorism, the hard fact is that Pakistan is losing ground, year after year, month after month.

Most Pakistanis would not be aware that the yield on their government’s 10-year bonds, at 14.1 per cent, is the second highest in the world. This is next to bankrupt Greece (15.7 per cent). That indicates how bleak the markets’ assessment of Pakistan’s economic future is. What is more, the country’s inflation rate (at 12.9 per cent) is the fifth highest in the world. The economic growth rate is abysmal, averaging 3.5 per cent in the last three years, when population growth has been 2.1 per cent. Annual growth of per capita income, therefore, is about 1.4 per cent — less than one-fourth that of India

Pakistan’s sustained under-performance has meant that its economy is now only one-ninth that of India; it used to be one-seventh. At one point, its per capita income was noticeably higher than India’s; now it is 20 per cent lower. Project these trends into the future and it should be clear that Pakistan will find it increasingly difficult to sustain its position as a strategic challenger to India; it will simply not have the money or the technology or the industrial prowess. That does not mean it will cease to be a nuisance; a number of semi-failed states are an international nuisance, and Pakistan has its nukes as well as China’s backing

The question that Pakistanis should be asking themselves is not whether they can trouble India (they can, in the foreseeable future, if that is what gives them satisfaction) but how they think they will be the winners in that game, considering that all they have achieved so far is to score self-goals. They can continue with their stand on Kashmir, perpetuate a sense of victimhood vis-a-vis the US, seek strategic depth in Afghanistan, and treat the army as the country’s strongest institution. But if the instruments for achieving key national goals are the Hafiz Saeeds and Maulana Masood Azhars of the world, not to mention the Taliban, it will not only reflect poorly on Pakistanis but also deliver more self-goals to a deeply challenged society and an economy that survives on international largesse.

I got a hole in my pocket

There is remarkable congruence between the aam aadmi and the world's elite gazing at India  when it comes to their most important concern about this country inflation and not corruption, is their number 1 priority. The nine per cent GDP growth envisaged for the financial year 2011-12 may remain a pipe dream unless the problem of rising prices is tackled, feel economists.
THE BURGEONING middle class of India has been one of the main driving forces behind the rapid growth of the country's economy in recent years. However the expansion of the Indian middle class is now under threat because of a steep rise in inflation, which could hold back the enlargement of the key social group both in the short and longer term. Its large middle class population - amounting to around 200m in about 50m households, most of them with a single income earner - have become big end-users of chemicals through their purchases of housing, household items, automobiles and personal care products.

With the impetus coming mainly from higher oil prices and soaring prices for imported food, inflation is now at its highest for 13 years and double the target level set by the RBI, the central bank.
Double-digit inflation is unusual in the Indian economy, with the rate going above 10% only in the early 1990s and in 1994-95. Now, economists predict, it will remain in double figures for the rest of the year.

The sharp increase in prices, together with higher interest rates, is hitting lower income groups hardest but there will also be an immediate impact on the spending power of the middle class, which has provided the foundation for the boom in the consumer market.
India's stock market has fallen this year on fears that high inflation will scare off foreign investors.
Wages in India are also rising as workers demand pay that keeps up with the cost of living.

The prices of basic commodities like fuel, food, education and the interest rates on loans for durables are going up.
The average Indian is now paying more on their loans as the interest rates on home loans, As such, the middle class cannot afford those goods that they had previously been able to," . It will adversely affect lifestyle.

Improving productivity, slow the wage growth by increasing labour pool,Make sure and crub corruptions of all form, agriculture reforms are some steps to cut inflation .

Should we relay on THEM !!.......................................Fakeing brutally

In India , extra judicial killings by the police or the security forces are called encounter killings, meaning that the killing occured during the armed encounter between the police /security forces and the victim. The killing by the state forces is more often declared to be offensive, cases of attempted murder and other related offenses are regestered against the victims and the cases closed without further investigations since criminal cases come to an end after the victims death, despite unnatural .

Since October 1993, 2560 cases of police encounters have been brought into the notice of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). Of them, according to the NHRC, 1224 cases have been found fake encounters. It means that roughly every second police encounter is fake in the country. The information has been accessed by eminent RTI activist Afroz Alam Sahil after several attempts. Sahil recently came into limelight for securing the autopsy report of Batla House encounter victims.
Another interesting point the data reveals is that of 1224 fake encounters, the NHRC ordered for compensation in only 16 cases.
The petitioner filed a fresh application on 02/03/2009 and asked 7 questions including: Since October 1993, how many cases of fake encounters, communal riots/caste violence, death in police custody, exploitation of women and exploitation of Dalit have come before the commission. In how many of them public servants were found guilty. How many of them were disposed of or found wrong. And the case number of fake encounters in which NHRC has given compensation.
The reply he got from NHRC in October 2009 after taking numerous rounds of the Commission office was revealing. Since October 1993 there were 1224 fake encounters in the country.
Fake encounters 1224
Communal riots/caste violence 432
Death in police custody 2320
Exploitation of women 4502
Exploitation of Dalit 17998
The NHRC said that out of the above, in 224 cases, the Commission found violation of human rights by public servants. The Commission had disposed of a total of 16784 such cases where no finding/positive recommendation in respect of proven violation of human rights was made.

Bhatta Parsaul .............lesser farmer's cause ,Greater Politician's Opportunity

Four people, including two policemen, were killed in an exchange of gunfire between farmers protesting land acquisition and the police in Bhatta Parsaul in Uttar Pradesh.Whole of Uttar Pradesh is burning . The agitation in Greater Noida may have stopped but the anger is still simmering among residents of Bhatta Parsaul. Villagers are extremely unhappy with the role of the local administration, which allegedly first tortured them and has now deputed teams of doctors to provide free treatment to those injured. Locals allege the measures were taken after two days of the initiation of violence, when other political parties started building pressure.

The National Human Rights Commission, which has received complaints of human rights violations in the Bhatta Parsaul village in Greater Noida, will send an investigative team to the village. The farmers in the village are agitating for higher compensation for land taken for constructing the 156-km Yamuna Expressway, which will link New Delhi with Agra and reduce travel time by an hour.
Rahul Gandhi, who reached the village on a motorcycle in the early hours without informing the UP government, sat on dharna at the village for 19 hours before being arrested and then released have said to have build a huge winning platform for INC ,his party, in Uttar Pradesh  for the upcoming legislative assembly elections.
A day after Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi was arrested and subsequently released for staging dramatic a sit-in in support of farmers in Bhatta-Parsaul village in Greater Noida, the epicentre of protests for higher compensation for land acquired for a highways project, the volatile issue of compensation for farmland gained centrestage. As the debate intensified and unrest continued, Home Minister P. Chidambaram stepped in to promise a new land acquisition law for better compensation and rehabilitation to farmers in the next session of parliament in July.
In an unprecedented move the BJP MP Varun Gandhi has said "No politics should be seen into Rahul's dharna at Parsaul village. This is a fight of farmers and all politicians - barring BSP - cutting across party lines, including BJP leaders Rajnath Singh and Kalraj Mishra have extended their support to the farmers' cause," he told reporters here ,Slamming the Mayawati government for police firing on farmers, Varun said the days of BSP government in UP were numbered.
A clearly piqued Mayawati also hit out at Congress president Sonia Gandhi for turning a blind eye to what she termed 'inadequate compensation' paid to farmers in her own parliamentary constituency Rae Bareli, where agricultural land was acquired for a rail coach factory.
In the row of alligations on each other there are some major issues which should be raised keeping the political interest aside Land acquisition act to be amended .Proper compensation paid and rehabilitation to be done .

Between the legs..........

Integrity is one of the positive traits for an effective and good leader. Personal integrity represents an honest, reliable and trustworthy person
Dictionary meaning of integrity is adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moralcharacter; honesty.
Tapes show that then chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav and then Samajwadi Party general secretary Amar Singh went about fixing things to their advantage.

There are conversations with politicians, top business honchos and filmstars as well.

- Amar Singh: And these sugar mill owners.

- Mulayam Singh Yadav: What if there are early elections?

- Amar Singh: These sugar mill owners, they are not political people. Whether they are our people, how does it matter to them?

- Mulayam Singh Yadav: Yes, how does it matter to them, whether the government comes or goes. The other government will give them Rs 100 and favour them

"Bipasha: : So tell me…when are you meeting me?
Amar: : Where do you want to meet baby? I have been very busy.
Bipasha: : I don't think age really matters… Does it?
Amar: : It matters between the legs na? "

Shame shame ....thats all or shall we root them off.

We demand integrity in senior political leaders because we grant them so much power over us. But we want to trust everyone in our lives: family members, friends, colleagues and professional people. For example, we need to trust waiters and hairdressers to do a good job for us but they have little to gain by deceiving us. So, when they disappoint us, it's not as momentous as a moral failing in a high profile leader. We feel let down by integrity lapses in leaders because we expect so much of them: we want them to improve the fundamental quality of our lives.
Virtually no one is completely honest. Who has not, for example, failed to stop at traffic lights, cheated on exams, padded expenses or exaggerated achievements to look good in a job interview? Many of us have what we might call "convenient values." We live up to them only when they don't prevent us from doing what we want. So, why is anyone dishonest? Reasons are complex, but they include the feelings of being entitled to something and being able to get away with it. People in high places feel that their power makes them untouchable. Also, because there is so much more to gain by bending the rules in high places, the temptation must be enormous. Because high profile leaders are so driven to stay in power, only the rarest of leaders can put principles ahead of personal interest when they are threatened with losing their exalted status.

8th may is mother's day.
