Mr.Bacchan has received his first national award for best newcomer for the film "Saat Hindustani" in 1970.
the second national award for best actor was presented to him in  1991for the movie "Agneepath".In the year 2006 Amit as he is called by his fans, got another National award for the film "Black".
Amitabh is the most prominent actor in indian cinema ,his fan is too much .everybody has seen amithabh starer movie in his life span .he is the most versatile actor and has also anchored television show kaun banega carorepati  which was a huge success
amithab bacchan was born on 11th October 1942 to Teji and Hariwanshrai Bacchan .Hariwanshrai bacchan was a well known hindi poet .Amitabh is the eldest of Harivansh Rai Bachchan's two sons, the second being Ajitabh. His mother had a keen interest in theatre and had been offered a role in a film, but preferred her domestic duties. She had some degree of influence in Bachchan's choice of career because she always insisted that he should take the centre stage. He attended Allahabad's Jnana Prabodhini and Boys' High School (BHS), followed by Nainital's Sherwood College, where he majored in the art stream. He later went on to study at Kirori Mal College of the University of Delhi and completed a Bachelor of Science degree. In his twenties, Bachchan gave up a job as freight broker for the shipping firm, Bird and Co., based in Calcutta now known as Kolkata, to pursue a career in acting.and rest all is history everyone knows it.

water...lifeline for all creatures .Everyone welcome rains as it is the only source of water in world . A businessmen, a student or for that matter an animal rain makes all feel good .Yesterday on my way to ashram i saw some monkeys sitting at roadside enjoying rains .

Farmers are happy ,the village economy will boost b'cos water bodies are having ample of water .Villagers are looking for new gadgets like lCD TV,hometheater ,bikes ,jeeps ect .

The rain had brought prosperity with it .

This year it rained well and so all the lakes have reached to their full mark .picnics and outings are also associated with gud rains .so all water bodies are spots for picnic .today all the lakes at udaipur are overflowing and the view is marvelous . udaipur is city of lakes ,Venice of east ,and the lakes and gardens situated here make it worth .today most of the people got up early and went to fatehsagar the heartthrob of city to have a glance of water dripping from the barrage.people waited for four years and the wait was worth in 1996 the lakes were full and the water made its way to the streets of sukhadia circle.

this year most of us have done water harvesting as wells were almost dried up god listened our prayers and made us happy .

Udaipur is looking like hill station with clouds resting on hills .There are lots of lakes and gardens like fatehsagar,Pichola ,swaroop sagar,udai sagar,badi lake,Madar talab.One of the best tourist destination worldwide i am proud to be an Udaipurite.
