नो पॉलिटिक्स प्लीज ख़ैर....

प्रतिभावान हैं, आधुनिक हैं, सब चीज़ें जानने की कोशिश करते हैं, सोशल नेटवर्किंग के दौर का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं लेकिन अभी भी राजनीति पर बात करने से कतराते हैं.बात कर टका सा जवाब मिला- नो पॉलिटिक्स प्लीज.
कुछ देर बाद एक गुट राज़ी हुआ.बातचीत में राजनीति को लेकर उनकी उलझन सामने आ गई.समय नहीं है. पढ़ाई का दबाव होता है....इत्यादि, इत्यादि. लेकिन ऐसा भी नहीं है कि वे देश-दुनिया से बेख़बर हैं.


"व्यस्तता के बावजूद कुछ समय निकल ही जाता है. अख़बार पढ़ लेते हैं. इंटरनेट पर देख लेते हैं. क्या चल रहा है, कौन सी पार्टी क्या प्रचार कर रही है, किसका क्या एजेंडा है." युवा नेताओं की बात आई तो अखिलेश को राहुल से ऊपर रखा. सर्वेंद्र कहते हैं कि राहुल को अभी ज़मीनी सच्चाई का आभास नहीं है.छात्र उन पार्टियों से नाराज़ हैं, जो लोकतंत्र की बात तो करती हैं, लेकिन उनकी पार्टी में ही लोकतंत्र नहीं है राजनीति में उन लोगों के लिए विकास के अवसर नहीं हैं, जो निचले स्तर पर काम करते हैं. उनकी ये दुविधा कई युवा की दुविधा है, जो राजनीति में प्रगति के कम अवसर को देखते हुए उसमें पड़ना ही नहीं चाहते.


"छात्रों को भी प्रॉक्सी वोटिंग का अधिकार मिलना चाहिए, जो पढ़ाई के कारण अपने-अपने शहरों से दूर हैं. अब कानपुर वो पुराना कानपुर नहीं, जिसे मैनचेस्टर ऑफ़ ईस्ट कहा जाता था. यहाँ उद्योग का काफ़ी नुकसान हुआ है और इसके लिए मैं राजनेताओं को ज़िम्मेदार मानता हूँ अभी काफ़ी लंबा सफ़र तय करना पड़ेगा, उन्नति और प्रगति के लिए."

Maha Shivratri is a Hindu festival celebrated every year in reverence of Lord Shiva. Alternate common names/spellings include Maha Sivaratri, Shivaratri, Sivarathri, and Shivaratra. Shivaratri literally means the great night of Shiva or the night of Shiva. It is celebrated every year on the 13th night/14th day of the Maagha or Phalguna month of the Hindu calendar.


Lord Shiva was married to Devi Parvati on Shivratri. Remember Shiva minus Parvati is pure 'Nirgun Brahman'. With his illusive power, (Maya, Parvati) He becomes the "Sagun Brahman" for the purpose of the pious devotion of his devotees.It is also believed that on Shivratri, Lord Shiva became 'Neelkantham' or the blue-throated by swallowing the deadly poison that came up during the churning of "Kshir Sagar" or the milky ocean. The poison was so deadly that even a drop in His stomach, which represents the universe, would have annihilated the entire world. Hence, He held it in His neck, which turned blue due to the effect of poison. Shivratri is therefore also a day of thanksgiving to the Lord for protecting us from annihilation.


The festival is principally celebrated by offerings of Bael or Bilva/Vilvam leaves to Lord Shiva, all day fasting and an all night long vigil. From the very early morning, Shiva temples are flocked by devotees, mostly women, who come to perform the traditional Shivalinga worship and hence hope for favours from the god. Devotees bathe at sunrise, preferably in the Ganga, or any other holy water source (like the Shiva Sagartank at Khajurao). This is a purificatory rite, an important part of all Hindu festivals. Wearing a clean piece of clothing after the holy bath, worshippers carry pots of water to the temple to bathe the Shivalinga. They offer prayers to the sun, Vishnu and Shiva.Women pray for the well-being of their husbands and sons. An unmarried woman prays for a husband like Shiva, who is considered to be the ideal husband. The temple reverberates with the sound of bells and shouts of “Shankerji ki Jai” or 'Hail Shiva'. Devotees circumambulate the linga, three or seven times, and then pour water over it. Some also pour milk.

उत्तर कोरियाई अधिकारियों ने देश की बदहाल अर्थव्यवस्था की हालत ठीक करने के इरादे से छात्रों से पढ़ाई रोकने के लिए कहा .राजनयिकों के अनुसार छात्रों को भवन निर्माण के काम में लगाया जा रहा है ताकि  उत्तर कोरिया के संस्थापक किम इल संग की जन्मशती के आयोजनों की तैयारी में तेज़ी आ सके.रॉयटर्स के अनुसार छात्रों को अप्रैल 2012 तक निर्माण के कामों में लगने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है।


दो साल पहले उत्तर कोरिया ने शहर में आवास की कमी को दूर करने के लिए दो लाख आवास बनाने की घोषणा की थी.अभी तक मात्र दस हज़ार घर बन पाए हैं, इसलिए काम में तेज़ी लाने के लिए छात्रों को युनिवर्सिटी से निर्माण स्थलों पर ले जाया जा रहा है.अभी विश्वविद्यालयों को बंद नहीं किया गया है और अध्यापक, स्नातकोत्तर छात्र और विदेशी छात्र विश्वविद्यालय जा रहे हैं।


वैसे कोरिया मे छात्र फ़सल की कटाई या दूसरे कामों में हाथ बँटाया करते रहे हैं लेकिन उनकी पढ़ाई में इतना लंबा व्यवधान पड़ने की घटना अपवाद है .अब बहस यह है की क्या लोगो का भविष्य बनाना जरूरी है या देश की उन्नति ...बुद्धिजीवी इस विचार में लगे है की पढ़ लिख कर युवाओ को अपना भविष्य सुधरना है या देश की छवि को धूमिल न होने देनी है ।

जीन परिवर्तन : हृदय रोग

                                                  
एक जीन में होने वाले परिवर्तन की वजह से भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप में लोगों को हृदय रोग का ख़तरा बहुत बढ़ रहा है.वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि इस इलाक़े के कोई चार फ़ीसदी लोगों में ऐसा परिवर्तन देखा गया है.अधेड़ उम्र के लोगों में यदि यह जीन मौजूद हुआ तो उन्हें हृदय रोग का ख़तरा 90 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ जाता है.


अब वैज्ञानिक ऐसी विधि ढूँढ़ने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं जिससे कि किसी भी व्यक्ति को पता चल सके कि यह जीन परिवर्तन उनके भीतर हो रहा है या नहीं.यह खोज वेलकम ट्रस्ट संगर इंस्टिट्यूट ने की है जिसकी शाखाएँ हैदराबाद और इंग्लैंड में हैं.


आमतौर पर हृदय रोग कई कारणों से होता है जिसमें जीवनशैली शामिल है.वैज्ञानिक मानते हैं कि अपने पूर्वजों से विरासत में मिली जीनों के कारण भी ख़तरा बढ़ता है दिल के एक प्रोटीन जीन में होने वाले परिवर्तन का असर व्यापक दिखता है .वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि आश्चर्य की बात यह है कि ऐसा परिवर्तन  इलाक़े में दिखाई दे रहा है.भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप के दक्षिणी हिस्से में इसका असर उत्तर की तुलना में कुछ ज़्यादा है लेकिन पूर्वोत्तर के कुछ इलाक़ों में इसका असर बिल्कुल भी देखने में नहीं आया.


एक अनुमान है कि वर्ष 2010 तक दुनिया के 60 प्रतिशत हृदय रोगी भारत में होंगे.इस बीमारी के इतने तेज़ी से बढ़ने के कारणों में जीवनशैली में परिवर्तन, व्यायाम की कमी और खानपान है लेकिन इसके पीछे इस जीन में होने वाले परिवर्तन की भूमिका को नकारा नहीं जा सकता .

Kunwar Akhlaq Mohammed Khanwas born at Anwala village in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh on June 16, 1936, Sahitya Akademy Award in 1987 for his anthology of Urdu poetry titled, "Khwab Ka Dar Band Hai".And also the Gyaanpeeth .

Once asked why he discontinue writing songs and lyrics for movies  Shahryar said: "The songs that are being made nowadays — I can't write such songs. It is not that I am against those songs but I know I can't write like that. That is why I am not writing for films anymore ... After 'Umrao Jaan', I did write lyrics for some films. One of them was 'Anjuman' made by Muzaffar Ali and many more that unfortunately could not release due to certain circumstances. Then there was one called 'Habba Khatun Zuni'. All the songs got recorded; in fact the film also was almost complete, but because of the Kashmir issue it got shelved. Another reason for my absence from the Bollywood scene was that I did not consider myself a professional lyricist, plus I don't live in Mumbai."

Shahryar's greatest contribution is that he refused to break the mold of ghazal. What he did was to add a dash of modernity to this popular genre without tampering with its traditional structure. This is a particularly tough task, but not for Shahryar. He came out with some of the best lines in Urdu poetry.

यह प्यार का डे

शहरों में वेलेंटाइन-डे का खुमार पूरे ज़ोरों पर है, मॉल्स, क्लब्स, डिस्कोथेक जहाँ भी नजर दौड़ाएं सभी लाल व गुलाबी रंग की थीम से सजे मिलेंगे... वैसे तो वेलेंटाइंस-डे की शुरुआत एक हफ्ते पहले ही शुरु हो जाती है और इन सातों दिन को हम अलग-अलग नाम से मनाते हैं... जैसे- सात फरवरी- ‘रोज डे’, आठ फरवरी- ‘प्रपोज डे’, नौ फरवरी- ‘चॅाकलेट डे’, दस फरवरी- ‘टेडी डे’, ग्यारह फरवरी- ‘प्रॉमिस डे’, बारह फरवरी- ‘किस डे’, तेरह फरवरी- ‘हग डे’, चौदह फरवरी- ‘वेलेंटाइन डे’..


प्यार का यह दिन विभिन्न देशों में अलग-अलग तरह और अलग-अलग विश्वास के साथ मनाया जाता है... पश्चिमी देशों में तो इस दिन की रौनक अपने शबाब पर होती है, और पूर्वी देशों में भी इस दिन को मनाने का अपना अलग अंदाज होता है... जहाँ चीन में यह दिन ‘नाइट्स ऑफ सेवेन्स’ के नाम से जाना जाता है, वहीं जापान व कोरिया में इस दिन को ‘वाइट डे’ का नाम से मनाते हैं... इतना ही नहीं, इन देशों में तो इस दिन से लेकर पूरे एक महीने तक यहाँ पर लोग अपने प्यार का इजहार करते हैं और एक-दूसरे को तोहफे व फूल देकर अपनी भावनाओं का इजहार करते हैं... 19वीं सदीं में अमेरिका ने इस दिन पर अधिकारिक तौर पर अवकाश घोषित कर दिया था


शहंशाह क्लॉडियस के शासन में संत वेलेंटाइन ने जब ईसाई धर्म को अपनाने से इंकार कर दिया था, तो क्लॉडियस ने उनका सिर कलम करने के आदेश दिए थे... कहा जाता है कि संत वेलेंटाइन ने अपनी मृत्यु के समय जेलर की अंधी बेटी जैकोबस को नेत्रदान किया व जेकोबस को एक पत्र लिखा, जिसमें अंत में उन्होंने लिखा था 'तुम्हारा वेलेंटाइन'... यह दिन था 14 फरवरी, जिसे बाद में इस संत के नाम से यह दिवस मनाया जाने लगा... तो इस तरह से प्यार के पंछियों के लिए ये दिन हमेशा के लिए खास हो गया और इजहार-ए- मोहब्बत करना भी आसान हो गया... इस दिन का पूरी दुनिया को बेसब्री से इंतजार रहता है... तो भला कैसे कोई इस पल को इस दिन को भुलाना चाहेगा... और कौन अपने प्यार के अफसाने को मंजिल तक लेकर नहीं जाना चाहेगा... 

Tame the untamed

The little prince went away, to look again at the roses.It was then that the cat appeared. 

"Come and play with me," proposed the little prince. "I am so unhappy."

"I cannot play with you," the cat said. "I am not tamed."
"What does that mean--'tame'?"
The cat gazed at the little prince, for a long time.Men have no more time to understand anything. They buy things all ready made at the shops. But there is no shop anywhere where one can buy friendship, and so men have no friends any more. If you want a friend, tame me . . ."
well tame is brought from wildness into a domesticated or tractable state.!!!


 I have never met a cat like her. It turns out that poor cat has been left alone a lot in his life. He has not been properly socialized, and now has a rather severe problem with aggressive behavior. If anyone comes near him he growls, hisses and even bares his teeth and lunges at humans.That's because he was never tamed ?


From Horse to dog to cat to even lion in a circus... they all are tamed by man but ofcourse no one is there to tame the man .only time can tame the untamed one .So beware of all your ugly deeds or else 
the untamed could one day be tamed ..........................................................
