Justice sodhi reacting on ‘matoo case judgment ‘today said that “ aaj kal criminals ki to aaish hi aaish hai jail mai . “ today Priadarshini matoo case was heard at supreme court and the death sentence to Santosh Singh  is changed into life imprisonment. Media reports says Santosh had raped 22year old Priadarshini ,who was alone at home ,after first beating her with his motorcycle helmet .He then strangled her with an electric wire .Isn’t it brutal by a law student  to a law student and the highest court of justice had changed the death verdict to life imprisonment !
Previously on 19 April 2010 supreme court had upheld the punishment given to Manu Sharma for murdering model Jessica lall in 1999.

About An Ant.

An ant is the most inspirational insect on this earth for humans but we know very less about an ant so I am sharing some lesser known facts about ants .
http://www.google.co.in/imgres?imgurl=http://www.lifestudiesonline.com/antdiagram.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.lifestudiesonline.com/antbody.htm&usg=__y2TVkYFHUZpz0wwa_1MZJwfD1fY=&h=309&w=432&sz=27&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=O-r-nf1tCRkwAM:&tbnh=154&tbnw=213&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dpictures%2Bof%2Bants%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D1366%26bih%3D667%26tbs%3Disch:10,240&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=1059&vpy=231&dur=2781&hovh=190&hovw=266&tx=133&ty=112&ei=WZipTI2EGoW0vgOU45WaDA&oei=WZipTI2EGoW0vgOU45WaDA&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=19&ved=1t:429,r:18,s:0&biw=1366&bih=667
Ants are said to be the only living being colonized  at every part of the globe except Antarctica. Ants are social insects of the family formicidae .Ants evolved from wasp like ancestors 110 to 130 million years ago.
An ants success in so many environment has been attributed to their social organization and their ability to modify habitats, tap resources ,and defend .

Humans cant ignore this insect in any way as they have learned lessons of organization ,hard work, zeal ,and not giving up in any situation .ants also play a big role in today’s management study .
An ant have largest brain in proportion to its size they are the smartest species of insects with about 250000 brain cells. The total biomass of all the ants on earth is roughly equal to the total biomass of all the people on earth. An ant is able to lift about 20 times of its own body weight.
The caste system is also the system introduced by the ants as they lived in colonies and they had divided themselves into different caders for example queen ant ,male ants ,worker ants and soldier ants …
So friends next time when you see an ant don’t just walk away try to learn from this tiny insect .

aaj sunday hai ...

Necessarity is the mother of inventions .Many a times small needs can invent or reform things .People modify things to there convenience ,even words can be modified and used .Right now I am coating an excellent example of how my friends did so.

Weather in English dictionary means the state of atmosphere. Weather word for a cricket bookie is unfortunate as for them it means, the rainy atmosphere or when rain interrupt the game they call weather had came and interrupted the match. In such case the game is cancelled and the bookie suffers.

Whereas for me and my friends weather means time to enjoy because we friends have termed booze party as’ weather’ ,the trend started because one of our friend was into cricket betting and use to say every now and then that today weather came into the match and interrupted .we friends picked up the term whether and started using it for alcoholic parties so now if any of us have to celebrate we call friends and inform that weather is organized  ,some of the common phrases are
Aaj weather ka mood hai ...yaar.
Weather kar ke aa raha ho !
Daijee weather karoge kya….

So aaj Sunday hai aaj weather day hai…
And so on….

Face to Face With U: My Rural India.

Face to Face With U: My Rural India.

My Rural India.

Different people have different perceptions of Rural India in their mind, some gets a picture of green fields, bullock carts, and even clumsy shabby person with a pair of bullock’s .This is what we think about a village sitting in a city.
Forget those images of ravaged villagers with ragged cloths and sun baked earth. Island of poverty still exist but most of rural India is transformed beyond imagination thanks to factors which has put unprecedented wealth in the hand of farmer across the country and turn it into huge consumer market.
The super markets purchase food products directly from farmer thus farmer gets market for his product at his door steps and no middle man is there to suck his hard earned money.

As per 2001 census 72.2%of population lives in about 638000 villages .The government of India is emphasizing on rural development .the indra awaas yogans for home to rural homeless people,Pradhan mantri gramin sadak yogana ,Rashtriya baagwani mision, poshahar yogana and most popular MGNREGA are few to name. Because of these a regular inflow of money have begin due to which the purchasing power of villager have increased and rural economy started flourishing.

It was 1994 when my grand father brought a black and White television set to our village .The set had shutter in front and it was EC company’s television .During installation group of villagers started coming and at 8;40PM at the news time around 600people had gathered to watch it at our backyard .It was a celebration time for everyone .The teacher of the primary school was heard saying that now we will be connected with the rest of the world and will start progressing .Today my village have plasmas and even 1or 2 desk tops .
Now days most of the villagers have vehicles, cell phones, television with dish, refregrators, invertors and many such amenities. Rural people have also recognized the value of education so almost every child is going to school ,here government have also worked and introduce  scheme of mid day meal  at all schools .

Again talking about my own village, from past 20 yrs development have been there at a regular pace. I remember in my childhood days electricity was there but unorganized  power cuts was regular feature, but now a days power cuts in villages are less and due to it many gazettes have been purchased by rural masses even villagers have started to relay totally on electricity for irrigation at fields which in turn increased yield and thus prosperity .
we had a bio gas plant also at our village which was first of its kind .There were no phones 8 years back and now villagers carry mobile phones, the landlord calls the worker at anytime and can check weather he is irrigating the land or not which improve the productivity .awareness thru television about rights and schemes of government for farmers and villagers have increased.

Happy …everyone is happy because of the verdict and thanking the god for making things smooth and fair .
The judiciary has given a balanced judgment it has used non legal categories like faith to come to conclusion which is an example to follow  .

Thank you nation for behaving mature please continue to behave like this at all such critical time.

Tomorrow is second of October a dry day and almost every one is making arrangements of booze for the weekend .many of us don’t know the reason why Gandhi jayanti is a dry day where no Indian is allowed to booze but almost every one drinks on that day .human sociology says whenever anyone is stopped or restricted not to do something he or she will find ways to do the same act and feel pleased. The newspaper survey says there is a 100 percent growth in hard drink sales. So dry day concept should be thrown away the government should not be a moral police .

The civil aviation minister of government of India was held and questioned by immigration authorities at Chicago airport. Why do India not condemn such foreign acts .is India is been targeted by foreign nations ?
Sometimes its beaurocrats sometimes celebrities and now ministers ….why ?
