No proofs needed !

Perhaps not actually necessary but certainly beneficial for learning and growth is a bad phase in life and it can never be avoided .I personally feel that life is simply an examination and we are either a failure or success.
but the fact is, we cant judge as the content of life which determine this situation is too too blurred and it is difficult to make out what we have lost worth how much and what all we gained in the journey is really ! Also, who and how will we come to know when we have to analyze in life when we have everything you would think But may be the next moment have the bloody spirit and vigor to take away everything .

Energy is needed for each and every thought and from where we get it ? It is from the thought ,Yes if we are positive about our feature than nothing can stop us .Even the worse fear will bypass our mind .So vice versa same as "life and zeal " if we don't have the zeal or passion for anything life becomes stagnant and lethargic .

There are environments which sometimes fill positivity in life that's the reason why we go to a picnic ,movie or friends place on a weekend ,we recharge ourselves .Maybe by looking at others we get the feel of the positive stream and get the JOSH !

Talking about supernatural powers when I was a child i was fascinated with superheros like Phantom ,Saabu , Superman ETC and use to think that they are the forces behind this mother nature time passed someone told me that these superheros are our own creations and my faith in them got tarnished and God came into picture . And I believe he is the one ,no one knows from where ? so everyone have the faith in god whom they haven't seen.it doesn't  look strange that when we talk about anyone we ask for proofs and guarantees but nothing of such for the unknown force?

The Criminal Wastage

"ANNAM PARABRAHMA SWAROOPAM," says our Indian philosophy. This means that food is equal to God as told by our great ancient sayers. But we, their descendants, are we giving the same amount of respect to this age-old God? Frankly, most of us do not. Result: Millions of our fellow beings are dying in hunger when millions of tons of food is being thrown away, wasted, discarded, whatever; for no good reason most of the times. Other times there are a few good complications because of which food is wasted. Except for them, this is a very simple problem with colossal possibilities of simple solutions. In brief it is "Don't waste food; Give it to others."

Way back in early nineteen sixties, practically every food scientists in India were chanting the now familiar "mantra" that 35% of the country's food was being wasted and urgent measures were required to stop this enormous waste which would only assure food security. After billions of rupees spent on food conservation research during the last 50 years and successfully managing the Green Revolution that ensured plentiful supplies of food grains, is it not a quirk of irony that same "waste mantra" is still repeated ad naseum to day by the Minister for Food Processing Industry at the Center, who might not have been even borne at that time? There is no dearth of conservation technology in the country to prevent the waste and scientific design of grain storage structures is within the reach of the government, if it really desires to arrest the grain wastage. Unfortunately what is lacking is the political will and dynamism on the part of the government that obstructs a long term vision.

When the daughter of businessman Mohammed Sultan got married recently, guests were treated to a lavish 30-course meal served in super-sized silver platters. About 20 percent would've been thrown away. It's a criminal waste, around 100,000 weddings and social events are held in India every day food wasted each day at weddings and family functions in Mumbai alone would be enough to feed the city's vast slum population.food prices in India are rising fast — by 8.4 per cent in June alone — as demand outstrips production. And the burden is falling disproportionately on the poor. Experts say the jump in prices for staples to record highs over the past few months has pushed another 64 million Asians into poverty.

The loss due to wastage could be reduced by a developed food  processing industry, strengthening of the post- harvest infrastructure and filling the gaps in the supply chain.some of the latest technologies for the cold chain industry include post harvest technologies for pre cooling process technologies for controlled ripening ,high relative humidity cold stores for fruits and vegetables, blast freezing and individual quick freezing for fruits and vegetables among others.

Some quick tips to reduce food wastage
Don't fall for "three for two" deals on fresh food unless you'll definitely use them.
Plan weekly meals and stick to shopping lists.
Watch your portion sizes and make sure plates are being completely cleared at mealtimes.
Remove bad stale food immediately as it can harm the good one .

To conclude I want to quote Gandhiji " If God were to appear to the millions of hungry people, it would be in the form of food".

The Feudal

Thakur is not a caste or religion, various  terms for Jagirdaar, zamindar were and are used in various provinces. For example, a zamindar is known as a Wadera in Sindh and as a Thakur in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya pradesh, Himachal pradesh, Haryana, Uttrakhand, Chhatisgarh and Bihar. In the Punjab and Haryana, there are multiple variations, such as Chaudhary (which often became lambardar or zaildaar during the British Empire's occupation of North India), Sardar and Malik (an Arabic term which literally means "King"). The word zamindar is derived ultimately from the Persian زمین Zamīn, "earth/land", and the common suffix دار -dār, "-holder" (also found in many of the terms above). The term means, in Persian, 'land owner.Even 'Jagir is a Persian word consisting of Ja (جا) "place" + gir (گیر) "holder.

Thakur is an identity and the word is placed before name by the rich peoples in the villages like landlords, having high control on the village peoples in terms of doing justice for their own society. They are Kshtriya and claim to be descendants from good kshtriya family.
The feudal form of land ownership and transfer is referred to as the Jagirdar system. It was established in the 13th century by the sultans of Delhi. The net result of this system was to weaken the central government as the land ownership became hereditary. The Jagirdar system was periodically abolished, then resumed. It was last abolished by the government in 1951.If the grant was of a whole village, it was generally referred to as 'jagir'.Jagir was the estate given  to anyone to take care and the revenue being collected and forces kept ready to serve for the king of that kingdom .

Jagirdar or  Thakur (also ThakkarThakhorThakirThakrar or Tukhar) is an Indian feudal title in several Indian languages for the estateholder was an aristocrat, typically hereditary, who held enormous tracts of land and ruled over and taxed the peasants who lived on it .The grantee of the jagir, called a jagirdar, was in effect the ruler of that region and substantial income that was earned (taxes, etc.) from this region went to the owner to maintain his family and his troops. The jagirdar would live at court in capital, keeping up his rank and appearing twice a day before the emperor; consequently the jagirdar preferred to receive his share of the dues from the estates in coin rather than in kind.

A Thikana is the state or more often estate of a Thakur. A Thakurani is the wife of a Thakur. The big Jamindars of old times used Thakur as their title . In fact, princely titles were even awarded to holders of domains mainly jagirs and even zamindars , which were not states at all. Various sources give significantly different numbers of states and domains of the various types. Even in general, the definition of titles and domains are clearly not well-established.
Kanwar is the courtesy title given to the eldest son of the jagirdar while Kawarani is the courtesy title for wife of Kanwar.Thakar Sahibs ('Sir Lord') was loftier, and indeed used till their accession to independent India .

Md. Rafi tum bahut yaad aaye.

Award                                         Song -    Movie
Filmfare Awards 1977Kya Hua Tera Wada - Naya Daur

Filmfare Awards 1968Dil Ke Jharoke Mein Tujko Bithakar - Brahmachari
Filmfare Awards 1967Neele Gagan Ke - Humraaz
Filmfare Awards 1966Baharon Phool Barsaao - Suraj
Filmfare Awards 1964Chahunga Main Tujhe - Dosti
Filmfare Awards 1961Chasme Baddor - Sasuraal
Filmfare Awards 1960Chaudvin Ka Chand - Chaudvin Ka Chand

Rafi was born on December 24, 1924 in a small village in Punjab (now in Pakistan) near Amritsar and later shifted to Lahore when he was 14 years old. There he studied music under Khan Abdul Waheed Khan, Jeevanlal Matto and Ghulam Ali Khan. He recorded his first song in 1944 for a Punjabi film Gul Baloch with music director Shyam Sunder. Not many people know that had acted in couple of films, Laila Majnu (1945) and Jugnu (1947). Rafi made his mark with Tera Khilona Toota Balak in Anmol Ghari (1946).
In the year 1944 Mohammad Rafi decided to move to Bombay where he was first given a break by Naushad in Pehle Aap (1944). Rafi's first big hit was in Jugnu (1947) where he sang the duet 'Yahaan Badla Wafaa ka Bewafaee ke Siva Kya Hai' with Noorjehan under Feroz Nizami.
His career took off with the all-time hit Suhani Raat Dhal Chuki from Dulari(1949). There was no looking back aftermath and Rafi ruled as the undisputed king of playback singing till the early 70s when Kishore Kumar took over. However it took Rafi much of the 50s to establish his superiority over rest of the competition. Kishore Kumar and to a lesser extent Mukesh and Talat Mehmood were preoccupied by their acting while Hemant Kumar saw a decline in his singing career by the end of the 1950s. Manna Dey never really got the breaks his talent deserved and from 1960-1970 Rafi was unchallenged at the top. In spite of his superstardom he remained humble and soft-spoken.
Although Rafi worked with different music directors, the one who recognised and exploited his immense talent was Naushad. His first song for Naushad was Hindustan ke hum hain Hindustan hai hamara in the film Pehle Aap. The duo worked together to give hits such as Baiju Bawra and Mere Mehboob, to name a few. Rafi’s other fruitful partnership was with S D Burman are Kagaz Ke Phool, Guide, Tere Ghar Ke Samne and Pyaasa. Rafi has sung some of the best songs for heroes under the influence of alcohol like 'Din Dhal Jaaye' in Guide (1965) and 'Choo Lenedo Nazuk Hothon ko' in Kajal (1965) without touching the alcohol himself! Aradhana (1969) turned out to be another great movie where Rafi sang for the baton of Naushad and S.D. Burman. great hit Aradhana (1969).
His last song was "Tu kahin aas paas hai dost" for Laxmikant Pyarelal in the film Aas Paas. He passed away on July 31, 1980. His immortality is vouched for by the fact that even almost two decades after his death, his popularity remains intact.

The hope tarnished !

The Public perception is that there is a coalition between the bureaucrats, politicians and industrialists, which is robbing the nation of its vital natural resources. For long, the common man has been reconciled to our feudal form of democracy, where 'netas' were the new lords of all that they surveyed. Corruption at the top was accepted among all political parties. As for corruption in the states, the less said the better. One would have to conduct a huge survey to conclude as to which state is at the top of the ladder of corruption.

Corruption was a global phenomenon. That was and remains an absolutely truthful statement. The day-to-day life of the ordinary citizen is free from extortion that an average Indian faces every day.It is this criminal extortion faced by the common man that has made life hell in India. If you want to renew your passport, you meet the touts outside the passport office. They ensure that your job is done on time -- for a price. Go into any office dealing with the public, be it the police or municipal administration, anywhere in India, nothing gets done unless you pay a price.

Electoral politics in India has become an industry by itself. You spend money to get elected and indulge in making big money. People find our administration hardly responsive. The country has a distinguished economist as its Prime Minister. He is surrounded by an array of other brilliant economists. Yet, all of them together, are unable to control the price rise and increasing inflation. The issue of Lok Pal is a symptom of the growing anger that the people of India have towards the 'Government' - both at the Central and State levels. The Right to Information Act has done some good, but more is needed.

The government needs to consider the kind of administrative reforms that can make the civil servants responsive and accountable and become what they are meant to be: "public servants". There is nothing for the common men in the Lok Pal.I think if the politicians are even 5 percent serious of getting rid of corruption than the wise thing will be to go ahead with the Anna's version of the JanLokpal Bill and to make CBI completely independent and have tough laws to protect whistle blowers.
