Again Leaking ?

In today’s world, when something is leaked, the whole world knows it instantly.
If it is recorded, it will be leaked. Period. And almost anything can be recorded now.
This kind of atmosphere, in which everything may potentially be completely transparent at any point, has devastating, potentially deadly consequences for militaries. We don’t envy strategists these days trying to work around this. Telling soldiers not to use Facebook places is, we'r sure, the least of their worries. For businesses and individuals, I believe it represents a pressure on ideas of privacy and individuality that’s likely to profoundly change the way we work. We’re likely to proceed more and more often with the assumption that our intentions are open to others and that there’s no point in trying to hide work in progress. “Trade secrets” could well become a thing of the past.
Leaks are not the problem; they are the symptom. They reveal a disconnect between what people want and need to know and what they actually do know. The greater the secrecy, the more likely a leak. The way to move beyond leaks is to ensure a robust regime for the public to access important information.

The Teachers Day

'A student spends 25,000 hours in the campus. The school must have the best of teachers who have the ability to teach, love teaching and build moral qualities' - A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM
The birthday of Dr. Radhakrishnan who himself was a teacher and his dream was  that "Teachers should be the best minds in the country". When Dr. Radhakrishnan became the president of India in 1962, some of his students and friends approached him and requested him to allow them to celebrate 5th September, his "birthday". In reply, Dr, Radhakrishnan said, "instead of celebrating my birthday separately, it would be my proud privilege if September 5 is observed as Teachers' day".

Our school also use to celebrate this day and students use to thank the trachers by presenting them flower or pen .students use to act as teachers and perform all the duties and enact as teachers on 5th of september and teachers were suppose to sit asn study as students .It was great ,fun .

Teachers are like beacons of light, guiding us in the formative years of our life. They mould us and in the process and shape our future. What we learn from our teachers remains with us, throughout our life. However, very often, we fail to show our appreciation and gratitude for their altruistic devotion. Teachers do need encouragement and support from the community to feel that their efforts are being recognized.

Diverse but United

For the success of federalism in India, it is not merely because of the clearly laid out constitutional provisions. The real success of federalism in India can be attributed to the nature of democratic politics in our country. This ensured that the spirit of federalism, respect for diversity and desire for living together became a shared ideal in our country.
If you look at the map of India when it began its journey as a democracy in 1947 and that of 2006, you will be surprised by the extent of the changes. Many old States have vanished and many new States have been created. This was done to ensure that people who spoke the same language lived in the same State. Some States were created not on the basis of language but to recognise differences based on culture, ethnicity or geography. When the demand for the formation of States on the basis of language was raised, some national
leaders feared that it would lead to the disintegration of the country. The Central Government resisted linguistic States for some time. But the experience has shown that the formation of linguistic States has actually made the country, more united. It has also made administration easier.

The vicious net ...work.

An Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer went missing from a restaurant in Rajasthan's Alwar district on Tuesday morning, leaving behind a note for his wife and son saying they should take care of themselves. Can a person responsible for governing an entire department or district be such irresponsible ?

He was said to be harassed by politicians and senior bureaucrats. Known to be an honest officer, Jain was reportedly upset over the fact that he was asked to vacate an official accommodation where he just moved in, even before an alternative accommodation was provided.Originally hailing from Haryana , this Rajasthan cadre IAS was a company secretary before joining civil service.Jain was collector and district magistrate in Karauli, Hanumangarh and Baran Districts.

This is not a first case in 2010 a UP cader IAS had quit his job because of political harassment.Recently there was a news that UP chief Minister made an officer wipe her shoes .  Regional Commissioner, Bangalore but was summarily transferred within 20 days after his posting. Vijayakumar was about to introduce a system where in the public would be allowed under the Right to Information (RTI) Act to see files without making any application between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm on every second and fourth Tuesday of every month. He also planned to make web viewing of the file. These developments threatened many corrupt people and he was transferred just 2 days before launch of the program. ,though these are few examples where tussle can be avoided but because of ego !

Our politicians have become notorious in harassment of offices and people. Greatest blunder committed by our Constitution frameres is treating politicians who are not selected by any neutral committee as superb and even more powerful than IAS and IPS officers who have good qualification and selected by competitive commissions. How can a politicians who has no qualification and experience but only elected by people by any means be superiors? Due to this mistake country and its honest people suffer. Besides politicians during their term only must get only honorarium and not salary and perks. If this is implemented rish for political posts get reduced and only patriots enter politics.

गणेश चतुर्थी

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated from the 4th to 14th day of the bright fortnight in the month of Badrapada of Hindu calendar.  This generally corresponds to the month of September of Gregorian calendar.

Tilak, a freedom fighter, ‘created’ the community event around Ganesh Chaturthi, asking citizens to display a large idol and celebrate the festival together and in public, in an effort to circumvent a British rule that discouraged the assembly of large numbers of Indians in public.Today, the original objective – that of circumventing the British administration – does not exist. The celebrations remain, and, have indeed, become an occasion for large section.

It’s time to revisit Tilak’s vision – make the festival a celebration of culture, a reason for the community to come together and pray to the elephant-God. large idols certainly add to the sea pollution and inconvenience the average citizen more than the smaller idols do.

Anna Hazare and cricket world cup are recent themes for the idol makers this ganesh chaturthi.as plaster of paris is banned most idol makers have bought eco friendly clay or papier-mache models from Andhra Pradesh and given finishing touches based on customer demand.
