किसान को सम्मान मिलना ही चाहिए

किसान वो प्राणी है जो अन्य प्राणियों के भोजन व्यवस्था में जीवन पर्यन्त उलझ कर रहता है। भगवान और माँ के पश्च्यात यदि कोई पूजनिक है तो मेरी नज़र में वो किसान है ।

किसानों के अत्यधिक संघर्षरत जीवनयापन को ढर्रा मान उन्हें चुपचाप कड़ी मेहनत के पश्चात कम में गुजरा करने वाले के रूप में महिमामंडित कर सरकार से मिलने वाली कई सुविधाओ से वंचित रखा गया

इन दिनों किसान की सहनशीलता जवाब देती दिखाई पड़ रही है पहले राजस्थान और आज महाराष्ट्र में किसानों ने एक जुट हो जातिवाद की राजनीति करने वालो के मुह पर करारा तमाचा जड़ अपनी शक्ति प्रदर्शित की है

आज जो इस किसान रैली को राजनीतिक बोल रहा है वो निहित स्वार्थी तबका है वो भूल गया कि किसान वो भोली कौम है जो मेहनत और मौसम से लड़ कर उसके लिए भोजन जुटाता है वो भी निस्वार्थ भाव से ..

हमे किसानो को आज इक्कीसवीं सदी में इज़्ज़त देनी ही होगी अन्यथा यदि एक बार वो हमारे लिए सोचना बंद कर देगे तो धरती का संतुलन बिगड़ जाएगा।

अतः तिरस्कार के कटु शब्द से नही प्रेम की मीठी वाणी से अन्नदाता का अभिवादन हो ऐसा वातावरण तैयार कर स्वयं को अनुग्रहित करे ।

मन के विचार

हार्ट अटैक आ जायेगा मुझे, शायद उस दर्द के बाद छुटकारा मिल जाये यही सोच कर वो चला जा रहा था

जीवन के सभी जाने अनजाने विचारो को तोलता मोलता अपने अनुभवों से

मौत उत्तर नही है ना ही जीवन प्रश्न है

परेशानियों और कठिनाइयों का मेहनत और लगन से सामना करना है

जीवन का सत्य तो वो साधु महात्मा भी सदियो से खोज रहे है

किसी के वास्ते त्याग जीवन है तो कोई भोग विलास को जीवन मान बैठा है कही ज्ञान तो कही सम्मान को जीवन में सर्वोच्च स्थान है

मेरे लिए जीवन का फलसफा सिर्फ आनंद की अनुभूति मात्र है फिर चाहे वो समाज के बनाये नियमो को तोड़ कुछ करने से हो या खाली बैठ समय बर्बाद करने में .....

Where is the happiness gone ?

Misunderstanding , unable to express one's thought , influenced by others , overconfidence , inability to gain courage to say sorry and save the relationship are among the few examples led to disturb one's life by making a small glitch.

Secondly there is nothing like a life manual by which you can lead a smooth and perfect sweet life , just hit and trial system runs life ahead.

Greed and that passion to be like someone takes away the contentment and priorities start changing and the goal of life shifts from living happily to living luxurious , Now problems arises and happiness fades.

Congress under Sonia, will it revive ?

Sonia Gandhi is like my neighbour aunty. I will tell exactly how..

My neighbour aunty cooks really delicious food specially for dinner. She cooks little extra quantity, so that no family member gets shortage of food. Due to this most of the time some food is left over. Lets see how she uses this left over food.

She doesn't like leftover food to be given to maid in next morning. Food has costly ingredients, who gives that food to maid? She says so.

She neither likes to have it in morning. She tells “why should I have last night left over food, am I below poverty line?”

She hesitates to throw it. As food is good enough to eat.

Do you know what she does? She keeps food in fridge for two days, so that it gets spoiled. Since the food is spoiled, she throws it without hesitation. She lives happily.

Neighbor aunty is like Sonia Gandhi and left over food is like Congress.

Sonia cannot take forward Congress due to inefficiency of Rahul Gandhi.

Sonia do not want anyone else to lead congress.

Now only way left to tackle Modi is to do Grand alliance. Nitish has already made a hole in grand alliance. Shahi Tharoor's cases are going on. BJP will use Modi's face from general election to gram panchayat election. To counter that UPA should have a face. Who will be that one face?

Everyone knows Rahul cannot take the command but Sonia does not want anyone else to command. If this continues, Congress will never revive.

Happiness and success

Happiness can take a person to success.

What need to be known is that happiness needs modified in approach so the success need to be redefined that provides long term gain?

Happiness is a satisfying feeling, if I have put enough effort in my best honesty I may not immediately get the right result but if satisfies me there is a probability of seeing a light whereby a slight modifying the approach would come closer to the desired result.

If we have taken a project for instance and are passionate to complete soon, making many attempts we at time feel restless which is outcome of passion but yet in the end of day once we are drawn out from the subject, a satisfying feeling crops which is happiness.

Success on the other hand is the desired goal which is viewed as such which itself could have a flaw. We make effort and see the track going away from the desired goal. There are infinite parameters to measure the output goal which is not a dead end. Hence if we have deviated from the original path we still can measure other parameters to identify if there is an error in concept or the result for modifying the approach.

Q-1 If you are an atheist how difficult it is for anyone to convince you that god exist?

Q-2 if you are a theist how difficult it is for anyone to convince you that god does not exist?

Now to your question

What i beleive is once a person reach a certain age it is extremely difficult to change his/her viewpoint especially when they are not educated(here i am not referring to graduate or highschool degree but the education which opens up your mind and give you the ability to raise questions) do you think that kind of education is provided in rural areas. To make the ruler people aware we first need to connect with them in a way that both sides of the coin is presented in front of them i.e., the consequence of voting an incapable person from their caste/community instead of capable person of different caste/community which is impossible because i have tried convincing people and what i have learned from that is “you can Never win an argument with two type of people one who has more knowledge than you and the other one who is an idiot".

P.S-i do not know the translation for above sentence in english

Fine but as I hail from a Rajasthan Village and have seen more of uneducated farmers enthusiast about voting to bring a change ,what I mean to say is these rural people have faith in the system for getting change whereas educated city citizen doesn't have that faith or couldn't wait till that long.

आज देश नए दौर की और अग्रसर लगता है नई नीतिया नए नारे नया जोश नई सोच
बराबरी शिक्षा भरपेट भोजन इन्साफ रोजगार और भ्रस्टाचार से मुक्ति का ताना बाना दिखाई देनेलगा है लोग जस्बा और हिम्मत दिखा रहे है एक जुट हो सडको पे निकल रहे है अपना हक मागते छीनते नज़र आने लगे है

शुरुआत हो चुकी है और सभी को समझ आ गया की योगदान जरुरी है कोई भी यदि आज इस क्रांति से अछुता रहा तो आनेवाली पीढ़ी के समक्ष उसे नीचे देखना पड़ेगा

आज राजनेता का मूलमन्त्र जिसने की शर्म उसके फूटे कर्म हो चुकी थी नेता जी आम मतदाता की पहुच से दूर होने लगा था महिलाओ का आयेदिन शोषण मीडिया का हावी होना आक्रोशित जनता सडको चोराहो पे निकल पड़ी इसी का नतीजा है की आज तीसरा विकल्प उठ खड़ा हुआ आम आदमी पार्टी के रूप में और त्रस्त जनता जुट गई उसके साथ झाड़ू ले के भ्रस्टाचार हटाने

आज आम इंसान को सिर्फ साफ सुथरी व्यावस्था चाहिए उसका काम समय पे और सही चाहिए चक्कर काटने का समय नहीं है एक आम इंसान के पास बाबुओ के । सभी प्रत्याशी समझ गए या समझने का ढोंग कर रहे है की सुशाशन सादगी और कर्म निष्ट ता से ही आएगा  तरक्की हो परन्तु भ्रस्टाचार जड़ से समाप्त हो

लोगो को खुद आगे बढ़ के हिसाब मांगना है और सुनिश्चित करना है की शाशन सु साशन है  नेता आम इन्सान का सेवक है ये उसे याद रखना होगा अन्यथा हिसाब लिया जायेगा 

Turbulence

Very good morning and great weekend ahead ! Transformation in climate is very well felt with chilling cold wave and showers .weddings as well as Valentine got a twist of shower as addon.

Everyone was in a great mood and suddenly as the eve approaches uncertainty knocks the door of democracy .The much awaited turbulance and fumble rumbles began at the capital state assembly.

Our hero resigns just 40 days after the ramlila swerning in ceremony .People got shocked divastating what about the change in system and the trust shown in that new educated leader ?

Is it his new stratagy ,is he planning something much bigger is the leader of the masses trying to come with a clear mandate so as to work freely in favour of the countrymen .Time will tell us surely

चोसठ  वर्षो में जो न हुआ वो आज हुआ । चोसथ वर्ष पहले न नेहरु न पटेल और न आंबेडकर ने सोचा होगा की लोकतंत्र के मंदिर में ऐसा होगा !

माँर्यादा पुर्शोतम श्री राम के देश के एक पुरुष सांसद ने संसद भवन में महिलाओ और पुरुष सांसदों पे पीसी हुई कली मिर्च का छिडकाव कर सभी मर्यादाओ को तार तार किया ।संसद के कार्य में बाधा पहुचाई संसद में तोड़ फोड़ और कोहराम मचा हुआ था ।

जिन सांसदों के पल पल के लिए जनता मेहनत मजूरी कर टैक्स देती है और उसी टैक्स का एक बड़ा हिस्सा सिर्फ सांसदों के आराम और सुविधाओ पे खर्च होता है उन्हें कुश्ती करते माइक तोड़ते और संसद में हुर्दंग करने पे जनता माफ़ न करेगी

एक तरफ आम आदमी को सड़क पे गलत तरीके से गाडी चलने पे जेल भेज दिया जाता है वाही दूसरी और संसद में तोड़ फोड़ करने पे सांसदों को सिर्फ पाच दिन के लिए घर भेज गया क्यों न इनकी सदस्यता भंग कर दी जाए

सुना है सांसद आम आदमी के नुमाइन्दे है तो फिर ऐसे गैरानुशाशामक नुमैन्दो पे जनता की गाडी कमी क्यों खर्च हो ।कल भी यदि किसी को याद हो तो प्रधान मंत्री जी ने कहा था की आज सदन के लिए शर्मनाक दिन है फिर भी आज ऐसा हुआ

लोकतंत्र के रक्षक ही भक्षक बन बैठे क्यों न जनता को इन्हें नैतिकता का पाठ पढ़ना चाहिए

इसी अँधेरे से देश को निकालने के लिए बनाई सरकार और सरकारी महकमे ताकि आम कहे जाने वाले उस ख़ास को अपने परिवार और समाज के अलावा कोई चिंता न रहे । मगर सत्ता सुख ने इन्हें कुत्ता बना दिया अपने देश की तरक्की भूल अपने जेब की आमदनी पे जोर लगा दिया ।

आम कहे जाने वाले ख़ास की भी गलतिया है क्यों नहीं उसी क्षण उठ बैठा विरोध करने क्यों नहीं संभाला अपना कर्त्तव्य मगर नहीं साब उसे भी तो गलिया खोजनी थी लम्बे रास्ते को छोड़ जल्दबाजी में दौड़ जीतने का प्रयत्न और वाही प्रयत्न आदत में शुमार हो गया। गोया हमें क्कैसे दिखती उनकी गलतिया हम तो खुद बईमानी का चश्मा चढ़ा के इतराने लगे ।

शिक्षा सुना है एहम भूमिका निभाती है जवान की ज़िन्दगी सुधरने में ।इसी कथन को सार्थक करने बच्चो को पढ़ने का कार्य किया सम्भ्रांत कुलीन  परिवारों ने और शुरुआत में नैतिकता के पाठ रखे गए पुस्तको में जो कहते थे अंधे को सड़क पार कराओ  भूखे को अपना भोजन दो इत्यादि ।मगर समय के साथ जब बराबरी का दौर दिखने लगा तो लगा कल तक जो हुज़ूर के समक्ष ऊची नज़र नहीं करता या जूती सर पे रख चलता वो जूती मार के हक मांगने लायक होने लगा ।
इसी सोच ने किताबो से मोरल हटा साइंस को बढ़ावा दिया ।

पैसे को सर्वोच्च स्थान मिला क्युकी पैसा ठाट बात के साथ रुतबा लता है और फिर चलन आया की जिसके पास पैसा है उस से सवाल नहीं पूछीयॆ
पैसे से हर काम होने लगा यकीनन हर गलत काम । स्कूल में पैसा दे प्रवेश ... शिक्षक को पैसा दे पास करना .... पैसा दे के नौकर खरीदना तो ठीक यहाँ नौकरी खरीदी जाने लगी .....जब बचपन से नोटों की कीमत इतनी ज्यादा देखि तो वही बटोरने की हवस पनपी ।

पैसा फेक तमाशा देख का नंगा नाच चल् पड़ा भरत की भारत भूमि पे

एक अदना सी गलती की पाठ्यक्रम से सामाजिक ज्ञान को निकल फेकना आज कितना भरी पड़ा 

बदला !

युगों से चलता आ रहा है जोश दिला कर भावी पीढ़ी का खून गरम रखना, सो की वो गुज़रे बुजुर्गो का बदला ले सके | कभी गाड़ी नाव पे तो कभी नाव गाड़ी पे की तेर्ज़ पर यह भी दो लोगो ,परिवारों,देशो ,यहाँ तक की भाइयो के बीच युगों युगों तक चलता है | वैसे बदले की भावना को आज  के युग में भले ही नकारने की प्रवर्ती है परन्तु कही न कही वो दबी  हुई चिंगारी  हवा मांग रही  होती है  | अक्सर फ़कत दो जून रोटी की जद्दोजद्हत में इंसान उस भाव को तवज्जो नहीं देता, तो कही परिवार का मोह उसे उनसे दूर नहीं होने देता और बीवी बच्चो का प्यार बाप दादों के बदले पे भारी पड़  जाता है |

आज के नवीन युग की छोडिये पुरातन इतिहास उठाइए गीता का ज्ञान अर्जित करने वाले  प्रथम प्राणी अर्जुन भी अपने पुत्र  अभिमन्यु के वीरगति को प्राप्त होने पर यह प्रतिज्ञा करता  है  की "यदि जयद्रथ कौरव का आश्रय छोड़कर भाग नहीं गया और भगवान श्रीकृष्ण या महाराज युधिष्ठिर की शरण में नहीं आ गया तो कल उसे जरूर मार डालूंगा और अपने पुत्र की मृत्यु का बदला लूगा" |सम्पूर्ण महाभारत ही बदला था एक रानी के केश खुले रखने से मजबूर धर्मराज का बदला |

बदला लेने की भावना से आज क्रिकेट खेला जाता है पडोसी मुल्क के साथ, करोडो भारतीय सब काम छोड़ कर टीवी से चिपक कर दिन गुज़रते है और दिन के अंत में जो सुकून या दर्द का एहसास होता है वो अतुलनीय है |एक अध्ययन के अनुसार आपका माहोल भी आपके बदले की भावना को उकसाने या घटने में काफी हद तक सहायक माना गया है |कहा यह भी जाता है की बदला लेने वाला जितना सामर्थ्यवान होता है बदला भी उतना ही विनाशकारी  होता है |

बदले की भावना से बचना है तो क्षमा की शरण में जाए क्रोध पर सयम और परोपकार और सब के भले की भावना का अनुसरण करे |

एक बोरी धान

आज फिर चलते चलते राह पर  मेरे कदम थम से गए
वो बाग़ वो खेत जो फटे है होट की तरह प्यास से 
 उस मेहनती किसान की सासे फूल चुकी है 
फिर भी आस भरे नैनो से निहारता है जब वो हर बदली 
तब दिल मेरा रो उठता है उन रिश्वत खोरो पे जो उस
किसान के बेटे को अंग्रेजी स्कूल की कक्षा में न बैठने देते है बिना एक बोरी धान के ।।

संवेदना

अंग्रेजी बोलना, आधुनिक फैशन के कपड़े पहनना,  ‘बरिस्ता’ या ‘सीसीडी’ में कॉफी पीना आज के युवाओं के मुताबिक ‘स्टेटस सिंबल’ है। आप जितनी फर्राटे से अंग्रेजी बोलते हैं और जितने कम कपड़े पहनते हैं उतने ही ‘अपग्रेड’ हैं। वरना गंवार या देहाती हैं! आप सभ्य समाज में रहने या उसके साथ खड़े होने के काबिल नहीं हैं


हर गांव और कस्बे में यही मानसिकता हावी देखी जा सकती है। आज की युवा पीढ़ी के लिए हम सब यही सोचते हैं। उनके लिए यह मान लिया है कि वे बस इसी फैशन और दिखावे में व्यस्त रहते हैं। भावना के स्तर पर खोखले हैं। कुछ हद तक यह बात सही हो सकती है।


डिब्बे में लड़कियां किसी कॉलेज की विद्यार्थी लग रही थीं। वे उनके लिए अपनी सीट छोड़ कर खड़ी हो गर्इं, ताकि वे बैठ सकें। लेकिन लड़कियों के सीट छोड़ते ही चालीस-पचास साल की हृष्ट-पुष्ट दो महिलाओं ने उस पर कब्जा जमा लिया और पसर कर बैठ गर्इं। विरोध करने पर रोषमिश्रित दया भाव दिखाते हुए अपनी जगह से थोड़ा हिल भर गर्इं, पर उठीं नहीं।


शांति से प्लेटफार्म पर लगी लाइन में सबसे पीछे खड़ी थी। लेकिन जैसे ही मेट्रो आई, वह दौड़ कर गेट के सामने जाकर खड़ी हो गई। मेट्रो का दरवाजा खुलते ही उतरने वाले लोगों को धक्का देते हुए वह दौड़ कर किनारे की सीट पर बैठ गई। यह कोई नई बात नहीं है। 

मेट्रो में अक्सर यह देखने को मिल जाता है कि पांच मिनट के सफर के लिए भी लोग सीट की मारामारी करते हैं। कपड़े और बोलचाल से सभ्य दिखते हैं, पर उनकी असलियत यहां दिखाई दे जाती है। लेकिन यहां सबसे दुखद बात यह थी  कि उस लड़की ने सीट पर कब्जा करने की जल्दी में यह भी नहीं देखा कि जिन्हें वह धक्का देकर आगे निकल गई, वे लगभग साठ-पैंसठ साल की एक वृद्ध महिला थीं।


संतोष इस बात का है कि जिस युवा पीढ़ी को हम हमेशा गलत ठहराते हैं, उस भीड़ में कई अच्छे और संवेदनशील युवा भी हैं। दुनिया उतनी बुरी भी नहीं जितना हम सोचते और देखते हैं।

Arsenic Bug : The Future of life on Earth

The  NASA-supported researchers have discovered the first known microorganism on Earth able to thrive and reproduce using the toxic chemical arsenic. The microorganism, which lives in California's Mono Lake, substitutes arsenic for phosphorus in the backbone of its DNA and other cellular components.

"The definition of life has just expanded," said , NASA's associate administrator for the Science Mission Directorate at the agency's Headquarters in Washington. "As we pursue our efforts to seek signs of life in the solar system, we have to think more broadly, more diversely and consider life as we do not know it."

This finding of an alternative biochemistry makeup will alter biology textbooks and expand the scope of the search for life beyond Earth. The research is published in this week's edition of Science Express.

Carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus and sulfur are the six basic building blocks of all known forms of life on Earth. Phosphorus is part of the chemical backbone of DNA and RNA, the structures that carry genetic instructions for life, and is considered an essential element for all living cells.

Phosphorus is a central component of the energy-carrying molecule in all cells (adenosine triphosphate) and also the phospholipids that form all cell membranes. Arsenic, which is chemically similar to phosphorus, is poisonous for most life on Earth. Arsenic disrupts metabolic pathways because chemically it behaves similarly to phosphate.

"We know that some microbes can breathe arsenic, but what we've found is a microbe doing something new -- building parts of itself out of arsenic," said Felisa Wolfe-Simon, a NASA Astrobiology Research Fellow in residence at the U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park, Calif., and the research team's lead scientist. "If something here on Earth can do something so unexpected, what else can life do that we haven't seen yet?"

The newly discovered microbe, strain GFAJ-1, is a member of a common group of bacteria, the Gammaproteobacteria. In the laboratory, the researchers successfully grew microbes from the lake on a diet that was very lean on phosphorus, but included generous helpings of arsenic. When researchers removed the phosphorus and replaced it with arsenic the microbes continued to grow. Subsequent analyses indicated that the arsenic was being used to produce the building blocks of new GFAJ-1 cells.

The key issue the researchers investigated was when the microbe was grown on arsenic did the arsenic actually became incorporated into the organisms' vital biochemical machinery, such as DNA, proteins and the cell membranes. A variety of sophisticated laboratory techniques was used to determine where the arsenic was incorporated.

The team chose to explore Mono Lake because of its unusual chemistry, especially its high salinity, high alkalinity, and high levels of arsenic. This chemistry is in part a result of Mono Lake's isolation from its sources of fresh water for 50 years.

The results of this study will inform ongoing research in many areas, including the study of Earth's evolution, organic chemistry, biogeochemical cycles, disease mitigation and Earth system research. These findings also will open up new frontiers in microbiology and other areas of research.

"The idea of alternative biochemistries for life is common in science fiction," said Carl Pilcher, director of the NASA Astrobiology Institute at the agency's Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, Calif. "Until now a life form using arsenic as a building block was only theoretical, but now we know such life exists in Mono Lake."

India's credit rating from stable to negative.high fiscal deficit, heavy debt burden and slow reforms are three complaints against India's management .We should focus on reduction in subsidies, a national service tax and a liberal foreign exchange regime.Corruption is a main cause for India's poor showing. Mr Stephen Covey has shown that the lower the GDP, the higher the Corruption Index and that India's low GDP matches its high corruption.

The Reserve Bank of India bears much of the responsibility for India's slowdown. Using the classic cure against inflation, it made the price of money high and hence, made it costly to acquire capital. It has barely cured inflation and instead penalised heavily honest savers in the country.The RBI failed to see that the culprits were mainly property developers and politicians; it has punished everyone, the good ones and the bad ones alike and, thereby, has indirectly promoted corruption.

The true cost of corruption depends on where it occurs. A man can carry a backpack of 30 kg for miles, but will find it difficult to do so on his head even when it weighs appreciably less. He may carry in his hand a suitcase weighing no more than 20 kg for a short distance only, but will be hobbled when even a kg is strapped to his ankles.

With corruption, it is the other way around. A petty official can be a nuisance but may not retard the economy much, but those at the top can, and do, slow down the economy inexorably.India's economic growth rate slipped to 5.3 per cent in the fourth quarter of 2011-12, lowest in nearly 9 years due to poor performance of the manufacturing and farm sectors.Persistent sluggishness in the economy due to slowdown in the manufacturing sector, coupled with decline in mining and quarrying, is likely to put pressure on the Reserve Bank of India to cut interest rates in its policy review in June.
