ShrinathJee.......Nathdwara

 Shrinathji is a deity form of 7 year old god Krishna situated in the Hindu temple town of Nathdwara near Udaipur in Rajasthan.   This great Vaishnavite shrine was built in the 17th century on spot exactly identified by the Lord himself. The legends have it that the idol of the Lord Krishna was being transferred to safer place from Vrindaban to protect it from the destructive wrath of the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. When the idol reached this spot, the wheels of bullock cart it was traveling in, sank axle deep in mud and refused to move further, at all. The accompanying priest realized that this was Lord's chosen spot and the Lord did not want to travel any further. Accordingly a Temple was built here.    Some with a different opinion  says       
Once, while Shri Gusainji was in his way to Dwarka, he saw a very lovely spot in mewar, Rajasthan, called Sinhad and mentioned to Harivashaji, "In the future, Shrinathji will reside here. As long as I am here, Shrinathji will not leave the Govardhan Hill." Shri Gusainji then Stayed there for two King of the region, Shri Udhaya Singh, came for his darshan and presented him with one hundred gold coins. Shri Gusainji blessed him with one of his shawls. After the king accepted it, he bowed to Shri Gusainji and returned to his palace. Later his queen came, she was the daughter of the princess Mirabai. Ajabkunvari, took inition from cannot live here, but Shrinathji will daily come here and allow you his darshan.

The temple have different sets of darshans chronologically the eight darshans available at the temple are Mangla,Shringar,Gwal,Rajbhog,Uthapan,Bhog,Aarti and Shayan.
